- Free Estimate & Placement Consult: We look at your roof, attic, and ceiling to find the best spot for light, then recommend the right size and type of VELUX skylight.
- Model & Options Selection: Fixed or venting, manual, electric, or solar powered, plus blinds and shades. We walk you through the options and the cost before any work starts.
- Opening & Framing: We cut the roof opening to the VELUX specifications and frame it so the skylight is structurally sound.
- Installation & Flashing: The skylight goes in with the matching VELUX flashing kit, tied into the roofing so water sheds around it instead of through it.
- Interior Finish & Walkthrough: We finish the light shaft with drywall and trim, clean up, and walk the project with you before we call it done.
